Ordering Procedures for INFORMS Journal on Computing Online

INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscribing to INFORMS Journal on Computing Online is a 2-step process:

First, you must follow your usual "new serial" ordering procedures to subscribe to INFORMS Journal on Computing. Payment should be made to your subscription agent or directly to the publisher. The order form for direct payment is available here.

Second, once the publisher has received payment, you will receive instructions for obtaining access to the online edition. The letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to INFORMS Journal on Computing Online:

• Contact name, title, phone, fax, and email
• Customer number (included with the letter)
• Institution's IP Address(es)
  Critical information about IP addresses -- read this

We will send you the address of this web form and instructions for filling it out after we verify payment. Your institution will not have access to the full INFORMS Journal on Computing Online until you complete this second step.

Once we receive payment, if you ordered the print option you will begin receiving the print journal, and if you ordered one of the online options you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the online edition. The letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following informaiton necessary to activate your subscription to INFORMS Journal on Computing Online:

• A user name and password that you can easily remember
• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your customer number (included with the letter)
